HBTM’s emotional learning workshops focus on developing an individual’s self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making.

 

Learning to recognise, understand, manage and express emotions is the key to building healthy relationships and achieving life goals.

 

The workshop focuses on four simple steps of emotion:
