Brett Warner, MBA, AFAIM
Brett has a Masters qualification in Business, majoring in Human Resources Management; Advanced Diplomas in OHS and Management, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Brett was a member of the Army for 25 years, 20 years with the Special Air Service Regiment (SAS) and has served overseas in command roles with distinction, from the Middle East, both Iraq and Afghanistan, to the Balkans and several other destinations. He has an outstaying reputation in Special Forces for his leadership, planning and execution skills.
Having recently retired from full time service as the Executive HR Officer of the Special Air Service Regiment, he still serves in several capacities as a Reserve Officer.
Brett also works pro-bono for a range of not for profit organisations and youth development programs.
During the QLD Floods Brett coordinated the rapid deployment of the Swan Districts Football Club to assist in the clean-up. He has since been recognised for his efforts by the QLD Government.
Brett has an infectious demeanor coupled with a down to earth and authentic style. No hype, just a natural, authentic approach that affords accountability and direction.
Brett has been working as a consultant for several large organisations and has extensive operational leadership experience to draw from.
He has a strong sense of community responsibility and contributes in many pathways.

Gavan Ebsworth
Gavan has been providing Governance Consultancy relating to financial and equipment management through life of type acquittal.
As a military officer, Gavan was responsible for the financial management and governance through providing advice to Commanders on all governance issues as well as liaising with Host Nations, US and Coalition Forces
Having recently retired from full time service as the Financial/Resource Manager, Special Operations Command, Gavan still serves in a Reserve capacity with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Additionally, he is a member of the Australian Institute of Management
Gavan has an ability to assist organisations in financial accountability and governance through effective understanding and management of employees and equipment. Gavan is married with two healthy sons.
