Brett has been a passionate presenter and specialized coach through the Falcons Academy over the last six years.

 

During this time he has consistently proven to be an extremely valued addition to a number of talent development programs conducted at the West Perth Football Club. Brett is dynamic, original, honest and he relates well with youth of the club.  

 

He has coordinated a number of presentations from Leadership, Goal Setting, Smart Choices in Society, Battle Mapping and Player Pathways as well as conducting Team Development Workshops and Camps that have been genuine highlights for the season.  

 

His direct, enthusiastic and positive nature has been loved by all of the players, parents and coaches  involved. I highly recommend Brett to speak or facilitate any teams sessions with any group.  He is a man that consistently walks the talk!

Our company recently engaged Holistic Business Training Management to deliver a team building exercise with our sales staff with the focus being on teamwork, leadership and communication.


Everything from the preparation of the briefing notes through to the BBQ at the end of the day was first class, very clear and concise and indeed appropriate with regard to our desired outcome.


When you understand that our 20 strong sales force is a group of highly competitive sales professionals, you will appreciate what it was like to see them having to work and communicate together as a team in order to simply complete their assigned tasks, tasks that not only took the team out of their comfort zones but was also mentally & physically challenging.
