IN SCHOOL PROGRAMS

The In School Programs are based on One hour sessions that help students develop effective life skills that can be transferred into today's society.

The class room sessions include different workshops on topics such as, Leadership versus Likership (Facebook Modelling), Choices Made in Society, ARC (Action Reaction Consequence) and pathways to achieving personal goals.

The outdoor sessions are aimed at bringing together all of the concepts, theories and discussions learnt in the classroom, and this workshop is known as ROLL (Real Operational Leadership Learning).

The activities are conducted in small teams and are achievable, but designed to mentally challenge each individual in different stages.

The workshops afford an opportunity for all participants to actively participate in a sessions that identifies and develops accountability, mental resilience and agility, confidence, trust, respect and mutual understanding.

Additionally, it will provide a pathway for success in both the school and society environment through discovering individual and team leadership qualities and traits and fostering them into rewarding outcomes for success.
