Brett’s experience as a senior ‘Special Forces’ military officer is diverse and relevant to the vigor’s of today’s society.  HBTM's team will take your school group and deliver a specialized set of military style scenarios in a session of adventure, self-discovery, friendship, cultural exchange and leadership-building exercises.

Participants explore motivation and build capacity for taking effective action - individually and in groups. They will strengthen their ability to work cooperatively across multiple race, gender geography and socio economic backgrounds.

Pushing personal boundaries, in a safe yet challenging environment, reinforced and supported within an efficient and effective team affords opportunities for individual and collective rewards. HBTM’s leadership programs will allow you to select, build, and develop the leadership group within your school environment.

The outcomes will be represented through the students demonstrating a positive commitment, sense of purpose and self belief and motivation to effectively lead fellow students to personal and collective success within their relevant year group. Most importantly, they will build and enhance their mental resilience and agility in order to cope with the stressors of today's society.
